COMPREHENSIVE TAX CONSULTING

TREU-GMBH was founded in 1921 and is one of Germany’s oldest auditing companies. Two business partners and currently eight employees provide top-quality services.
Our aim is to offer reliable, customised support to our clients. We attach great importance to the personal trust you put in our expertise and experience. Our role is to act as “family doctor” for your company and serve as your contact for any business management and legal issues you may have.

Owing to our independent status and the personal support we provide, we can afford to be very flexible in catering to your needs. Since our employees come from various walks of life (business management, economics, law) and our client base is highly heterogeneous in terms of their branch of industry and legal form, we have a broad knowledge base and lots of experience to serve your interests.

We work completely with digital technology and use adaptive intelligent software so that we can offer our services as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. In particular, we use programs from DATEV to achieve this. In addition, we employ complex MS Excel tools and utilize ADD-INS such as Datasnipper in order to match pdf files with Excel files.

Network worldwide

TREU-GMBH is an independent accounting and tax consulting firm based in Frankfurt am Main. We closely cooperate with our partner offices of IAPA Deutschland AG, located in the major German business areas, IAPA International as well as UK 200. As the partners of the various consultancies all know each other personally we have created a communication system that guarantees optimal consultation to all our clients in their nationwide and international business activities. Via our membership with IAPA and the UK 200 group we have access to the professional expertise of more than 200 accounting firms worldwide.

DIVERSE CLIENT ­STRUCTURE

We primarily cater to small- and medium-sized companies based in the larger Rhein-Main region, Germany. Moreover, we also advise private individuals, i.e. the associates in a company or managing directors of the companies using our services.

Our corporate clients have different legal forms, company structures and sizes. Aside from the conventional legal forms including private limited companies, stock corporations, sole proprietorships, general commercial partnerships, limited partnerships as well as limited partnerships with a limited liability company as general partner, we also provide advisory services to non-profit associations and foundations. Our portfolio includes groups and company spin-offs as well as holding companies belonging to foreign-based groups.

We are interested in cooperation over the long term, since the quality of our advisory services grows as we acquire additional knowledge of our client and this knowledge grows over the years of cooperation. Some of our clients have been with us for several decades already.

EU VAT E-Commerce Package:
Distance selling as of 1.7.2021

The second stage of the Value-Added Tax E-Commerce Package, which has to be implemented in national law by all EU states by 01.07.2021, foresees the removal of all national turnover thresholds. These will be replaced by a common EU-wide turnover threshold at an amount of EUR 10,000 net.
